Cathy Mezera – Senior Administrative Secretary - Temp
Cathy Mezera joins the NAFTC team as a temporary Senior Administrative Secretary. Cathy earned both her Master’s degree in Journalism, with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications, and an undergraduate degree in Advertising from West Virginia University. Cathy’s background includes marketing communications, creative strategy, and graphic design. She previously worked as a marketing communications manager in Virginia for an antenna manufacturer serving commercial and military markets. In addition to working at the NAFTC, Cathy also teaches part time and is an Adjunct Instructor for the School of Journalism at West Virginia University, where she teaches in the advertising sequence.

Chris Metzgar – Graphic Arts Designer Sr.

Chris Metzgar joins the NAFTC team as the Graphic Designer. Chris recently worked as a graphic designer for the WVU/NRCCE National Environmental Services Center. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and recently completed his Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. Chris has an extensive background in graphic design and working in the printing industry.

Chris is excited about learning and working with the vital and important technology here at the NAFTC. He hopes to contribute much to the organization and its outreach efforts.
