NAFTC Exhibits at 2007 Teaming To Win Conference

The National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium (NAFTC) exhibited at the 18th annual Teaming To Win Conference held at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, West Virginia, on May 30, 2007. NAFTC's Executive Director Al Ebron and Assistant Director—Communications Judy Moore attended the event and spoke with attendees who visited the NAFTC's exhibit about the Consortium's alternative fuel and advanced technology vehicle training.

The 18th Annual Teaming To Win Conference was held at the beautiful Oglebay Resort located in Wheeling, West Virginia.

The Teaming To Win conference is a result of a vision of Congressman Alan B. Mollohan, West Virginia First Congressional District. During the late 1980s, Congressman Mollohan began to identify numerous federal and commercial opportunities for West Virginia small businesses. He concurrently developed a clearly-defined process to put in place a small business support system that would ensure West Virginia businesses, by teaming, could compete in the new markets. Today, the conference attracts hundreds while promoting the teaming of businesses and organizations to win contracts, provide services, or develop products. The non-profit organization seeks to advance and improve small business prospects in West Virginia as well as facilitate educational opportunities that promote higher business standards, methods, and practices.
