NAFTC Exhibits at ATMC Conference

The NAFTC exhibited at the Automotive Training Managers Council (ATMC) Spring Conference held April 23-25 in Baltimore, Maryland. ATMC is a professional organization designed to help members better train their customers to understand and use the latest products and techniques in the automotive and heavy-duty industry. The NAFTC is a member of ATMC, and NAFTC Executive Director Al Ebron serves as president of the organization.

ATMC hosts two conferences each year—one in the spring and one in the fall. These conferences provide members a great opportunity to meet and network with others from the automotive training industry. The mini-expo/vendor's showcase also provides the opportunity for companies and organizations to showcase their products and services to fellow members and guests.

The conference's theme was "Mentor, Manage & Motivate; Developing Thought and Leadership in the Automotive World." The Community College of Baltimore County hosted the organization as they came together for many great presentations focusing on "train the trainer." The group also attended a hybrid vehicle technology workshop held at Toyota's Central Atlantic Training Facility conducted by Toyota Service Training Instructor, Chris Peterson.

ATMC members got an up-close look at the latest hybrid vehicle technology while attending a comprehensive workshop at Toyota's Central Atlantic Training Facility.

More information can be found on ATMC's Web site, www.atmc.org.
