Access event planning and coordination resources. The Site Coordinators’ Notebook is designed to help tailor events to accommodate local needs while meeting the national goals and objectives of Odyssey.

Graphics and Templates

Access graphic files and promotional templates to help advertise your local events. The files and templates are fully customizable to promote the unique aspects of each local Odyssey event.

Order Forms

Purchase promotional items such as notepads, tote bags, pens, posters, brochures, t-shirts, polo shirts, and banners for use at your event. Each item is branded with the Odyssey logo and graphic theme.

Video Files

Access the NAFTC-produced Odyssey video and other informational/education AFV videos. The Odyssey video features footage from past Odyssey events and can be used as an advertising tool or shown at local events.

Event Handouts

Access handouts and online tools for use during your event. Created by the NAFTC and other AFV organizations these handouts and tools will provide Odyssey attendees with information about clean vehicle choices.

Post-event Materials

Access information on post-event requirements, including the Host Survey, used to report on the effectiveness of the nationwide event activities. Here you can also find the Attendee Survey to be completed by attendees at your event.
